Refund Policy

Our technicians commit real time to every session, so we are upfront about how refunds work. This page explains when you are entitled to a refund and how our service fee is applied.

How Our Refunds Work

We believe in providing honest and reliable technical services. If our technicians are unable to successfully root, unlock the bootloader, or flash/unbrick your device as requested, you are entitled to a refund of the amount you paid, minus a service fee.

The service fee covers the technician time already invested in your session — diagnosis, firmware sourcing, and the work attempted on your behalf. Because that time is spent regardless of the final outcome, the service fee is non-refundable and is deducted from every refund.

Before initiating a refund, our technical team may attempt alternative methods or escalate the session to a senior technician to resolve any technical hurdles.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are eligible for a refund of your payment minus the service fee under the following circumstances:

  • Unsuccessful Service: The technician cannot complete the service (root, flashing, recovery setup) due to firmware/hardware limitations or tool incompatibilities. The service fee reflects the time already spent attempting it.
  • Cancellation: You cancel after booking. A service fee still applies to cover the technician time already reserved and any diagnosis or file preparation done before your cancellation.
  • Incompatible Device: You paid for a service but subsequent verification reveals your device model is locked/unsupported by any current root method. The service fee reflects the time spent verifying this on your behalf.

In every case above, the service fee is deducted first and the remaining balance is returned to you. To avoid paying for an unsupported device, always complete the free compatibility check on WhatsApp or Telegram before paying.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Successful Service Completion: Once the device is successfully rooted (verified via Root Checker or Magisk App) or successfully flashed/unbricked, the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
  • User-Side Disturbance: If you intentionally disconnect your internet, turn off your PC, unplug the device cable, or abort the session midway against the technician's guidance.
  • Post-Service Custom Modifications: If you modify system files, install incompatible modules, or perform updates that bootloop/unroot the device after the technician successfully completed the service.
  • Pre-existing Hardware Failures: If the device fails to boot due to pre-existing, undisclosed hardware faults (e.g., faulty eMMC/UFS storage chips, damaged USB port, motherboard issues).

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact the WhatsApp support number associated with your service booking session.

Once approved, the refundable balance — your payment minus the service fee — is processed using the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Crypto) within 1-2 business days.
