Android Unbrick & Repair Service

A "bricked" phone is one that no longer boots — and the word covers very different situations. A soft brick still shows signs of life (a boot logo, recovery, or fastboot mode) and is almost always recoverable with the right flash. A hard brick shows a black screen and appears dead, but on Qualcomm devices it usually still exposes EDL (Emergency Download) mode, and MediaTek devices expose BROM — low-level interfaces through which the phone can be reflashed from scratch.

Unbricking is the highest-stakes work we do, and the reason customers come to us after a DIY attempt has gone wrong. We diagnose which brick state you are actually in, choose the recovery path that cannot make things worse, and reflash the device back to life remotely.

What's Included

  • Free diagnosis of the brick state (bootloop, soft brick, or hard brick) before any payment
  • Repair flash via recovery/fastboot/Odin for soft bricks and bootloops
  • EDL (Qualcomm 9008) and MediaTek BROM deep-flash recovery for hard bricks where supported
  • Anti-rollback and authentication checks so the recovery attempt cannot worsen the state
  • Post-recovery verification and advice to prevent a repeat

How It Works

01

Describe the symptoms

Tell us exactly what the phone does: any logo, vibration, LED, or sound when you press power or plug in USB. This determines the recovery path.

02

Diagnosis

We identify whether the device is in a bootloop, soft brick, or hard brick, and whether EDL/BROM access is possible for your chipset. You get an honest assessment and a fixed quote.

03

Remote recovery

Through a remote session we reflash the device using the safest available interface — recovery, fastboot, Odin, EDL, or BROM.

04

Verification

We confirm the phone boots and core functions work, then explain what caused the brick and how to avoid it next time.

Some hard bricks require an authenticated EDL account (certain Xiaomi models) or physical test-point access that cannot be done remotely. We tell you upfront if your case is one of them — and you don’t pay if we can’t help.

Frequently Asked Questions

My phone shows only a black screen. Is it dead?

Often not. Qualcomm devices in this state frequently still enumerate as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" when plugged into a computer, which means EDL recovery is possible. Plug it in and tell us what appears in Device Manager.

What causes a phone to brick?

The most common causes we see: flashing firmware for the wrong variant, interrupting a flash mid-way, mismatched vbmeta/recovery images on A/B devices, and downgrading past anti-rollback protection.

Can every bricked phone be fixed remotely?

No, and we are upfront about it. Devices needing hardware test-point shorting, or Xiaomi models requiring an authorized EDL account, may not be recoverable remotely. Diagnosis is free, and unsupported cases are refunded per our policy.

Will unbricking recover my data?

A bootloop repair flash sometimes preserves data. Deep EDL/BROM recovery rewrites the whole storage and does not. We always tell you the data outcome before you approve the work.

How long does unbricking take?

Simple bootloop repairs finish within 1–2 hours. Hard-brick EDL recoveries depend on firmware size and chipset, but most complete the same day.
